Gift Voucher

Item Description - This product includes one gift voucher in a black and gold envelope, exactly as shown in the images.

Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Cannot be redeemed after expiry date. The course must be booked before the expiry date, though they may take place at a much later date. Only one gift voucher can be used per course booking. Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14-day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. In the unlikely event that a course needs to be cancelled by WOI, a new gift voucher shall be issued and shall be valid for a further 12 months. In the event that a course is cancelled by a voucher holder no refund shall be given.

Orders are despatched 7-10 working days from point of ordering and sent 1st Class Signed for by Royal Mail. Tracking information can be found in your order confirmation email.
